Hello and welcome!

My name is Shannon Sullivan and I am a Certified Professional Coach, trainer and public speaker.

I am passionate about what I do because I am passionate about what people can do when they live in alignment with their deepest values and grandest visions.

As a coach I empower individuals and organization to change their thinking, take bold actions and experience extraordinary results.

I bring a diverse and rich tool box to my craft.  My style has been referred to as gentle toughness; creating a profound, judgment-free environment while holding the focus and not letting the tough stuff slide.

As a graduate of the International Coach Academy and active member of the International Coaching Federation, I am committed to providing an experience that will not leave you the same as when you began.  I bring my professional and practical experience as a business owner, communications specialist, manager, sales agent, high school teach, tortilla maker and mom to Sullivan Success Coaching.

My work and training draws heavily from Marshall B. Rosenberg, Byron Katie, David Allen, Adelle Faber and Elaine Mazlish to name but a few.

In addition to my formal training and ongoing professional development, I am a down to earth, real-world, trainer and coach who has lived through and learned from many of life’s biggest challenges.

I earned my bachelor’s at The American College of Switzerland and my Master’s Degree from The School of Oriental and African Studies in London.  My expansive perspective comes from years of living in multi-cultural communities around the world, respecting the diversity and commonality in us all.  I have supported clients from Japan to Costa Rica to Switzerland.

My number one job today is to be of service in whatever capacity I can.  Authenticity and creativity are key!
